5 Minute AMRAP:

  • 10 Thrusters
  • 10 Lateral Bar Burpees

Today we have 3 separate five minute amraps.  You will rest 3 minutes between amraps.  The weight for the barbell movements will remain the same during all three and you will score this by total reps.  With the given rest time you should be able to go hard throughout all of the amraps.  Keep the intensity high but don’t get sloppy.  Slow efficient reps will get you much further than fast and sloppy.  See you there!
