A big thanks to everyone that volunteered this weekend!  Throwdown 14These events are a way for us to show off our awesome community and make a few extra bucks for more toys.  This week we will be doing some benchmark wods.  We will start with the “Brier Creek 300”.  After that, take guesses on the next couple.  Next week we will resume our regular programming with some new strength work.
