More beautiful weather means we can get out and do some more running.  Running is good for us!  Sign up for the running seminar to help you improve your running skill.  The sign up sheet is on the whiteboard.  Keep a good pace on your runs and maintain efficiency on the power snatches.  Don’t forgot all of the positioning work we have done for the snatch just because the clock is running.
