18 Minute EMOM:(3rounds)

  • Minute 1: 30 second Hollow hold
  • Minute 2: 45 Second Plank hold
  • Minutes 3/4: Row (focus on perfect form)
  • Minutes 5/6: Rest

We will start out the first part of the class getting more comfortable on the gymnastics rings.  Starting with the basics, as always.  The emom is going to be a great active recovery wod.  We will be working on core strength as well as proper rowing technique.  See you there!
