“Death by Power Cleans”           *Weights: (155,105)(135,95)(95,65)(55,35)forced-to-be-reckoned

  • Perform 1 power clean the 1st minute, 2 power cleans the 2nd minute, 3 the 3rd…until you cannot complete the required amount of reps in that minute.

We will start off the day working up to a 3 rep strict press max.  Remember that with the strict press there is no hip or leg movement.  Using your upper body only, press from shoulder to overhead 3 times.  “Death by Power Cleans” is a ladder style wod that starts at the top of each minute.  Your goal should be to at least get to 10 minutes.  Have fun!
