Front Squat: 3-3-3 @85% 1 rep max

  • 10 Bar Facing Burpees
  • 10 Front Squats (155,105)(115,85)(95,65)(55,35)

  • 400 Meter Run

AMRAP in remaining time:

  • Burpee Deadlifts (225,155,)(185,135)(135,95)(95,55)

It has been a little while since we toured the CFBC track.  Hopefully the weather will hold out for us.  We will be starting the day with 3 sets of front squats.  Afterwards your conditioning piece has 2 AMRAP’s with some rest built in.  The goal is to go after both of them as hard as you can.
