  • 20 Double unders(20 lat bar jumps)(20 single skips)
  • 1 Power snatch(115,80)(95,65)(55,35)
  • 20 Double unders
  • 2 Power snatches
  • 20 Double unders
  • 3 Power Snatches
  • Continue up this ladder until 7 minutes is up

This is a new week of our Wendler 5-3-1 cycle.  Last month we added weight to our maxes and this month we will continue with that.  Add 10 more pounds to your back squat max and 5 lbs to your press max.  We are all getting stronger.  Keep showing up on strength days and crushing the metcon days.  If you follow everything like we program you will succeed and get stronger.  Consistency is always the key.
